Product Description

It is mainly used for machining inner hole of outer spherical bearing, suitable for workpiece with diameter of 20-40mm and width of 12-50mm, with simple structure, convenient operation and high efficiency.

Knuckle Bearing Ring Grinder Structural features:

1, bed casting using HT200 materials, precision manufacturing processes resin sand casting,  good vibration absorption and less distortion

2, Control system: Mitsubishi PLC + position control module, dual servo control workpiece feed, Dresser compensation mechanism.

3, Workpiece spindle: The sleeve structure. Using high precision and high rigidity spindle bearings, using oil-mist lubrication; shaft sealed with airtight structure. Spindle shaft end flange runout ≤ 3μm, axial runout ≤ 2μm. Working box could not rotate.

4, Speed control: workpiece driven by AC motor V belts, AC inverter speed

5, Supporting: end positioning, supporting the use of carbide support, unintentional electromagnetic clamping fixtures

6, Air device: use the pneumatic element with high filtering precision, ensure the cleanliness of the air source; air pressure is 0.4-0.6Mpa.
